These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Aqraez ("the App"), which is developed and published by Rohith Kumar J, an individual operating under the brand name Getwiy ("Getwiy", "we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Aqraez, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Aqraez is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. By using the App, you confirm that you meet the minimum age required by the laws of your country to use apps and online services of this kind, or that you have a parent or guardian’s permission to do so.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Aqraez on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted to you remain reserved.
You agree to use Aqraez respectfully and lawfully. You agree not to:
Quotes and any other content you write inside Aqraez remain your property. We do not claim ownership over content you create. You are solely responsible for the content you write, and for anything you choose to share using the Share feature, including who you share it with.
Aqraez includes a library of quotes provided for personal inspiration and motivational reading.
Much of the writing in Aqraez is original, written for this app. It appears under an anonymous label rather than under a person's name. Some quotes are traditional sayings of a language with no known author, and are labelled as such. Where a quote is the work of a named person, that person is named alongside it.
Each language in Aqraez has its own quotes. We work to make sure the same quote does not appear in two different languages. The exception is a quote by a named person who wrote in another language — for example a line by Swami Vivekananda, who wrote in English and Bengali. In that case the idea is the author's, and the wording in your language is our translation.
Attributions are checked against the author's own published work, reference collections that cite a source, or a named report of what the person said. Where we could not confirm an attribution, the quote appears as anonymous rather than under a name.
Where a quote is attributed to a named person, the name appears for attribution only. It does not imply that the person, their estate, or their representatives endorses, sponsors, is associated with, or has any connection to this app.
Quotes appear as short quotations, named and attributed. If you believe a quote has been wrongly attributed, has been attributed to you without your agreement, or should not appear here for any other reason, write to getwiy@gmail.com with the quote text and the language it appears in. We review every notice and correct or remove the quote where appropriate.
If you believe a quote should carry an author's name, send the source — the work it appears in and the wording — and we will add it with the attribution.
We are not responsible for errors in attribution, and Aqraez should not be relied on as a citation source.
Aqraez is developed and published by Getwiy, and everything described in this section belongs to Getwiy. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of it to you.
Names and marks. Aqraez, Getwiy, Getwiy Spark, Gstep(Getwiy Step), Dual-Language Experience, Multi-Language Mixed Feed and Main Screen Customization are names used by Getwiy to identify this app and its features, together with the Aqraez and Getwiy logos. Getwiy is a brand name, not a registered company; these are unregistered marks and the rights in them arise from use.
Written content. The original writing prepared for the App belongs to Getwiy. This includes the welcome text, the brand note, the About Us pages, the Getwiy Spark text, the meaning given to the letters of the name Aqraez, and the slogan.
The quote collection. The selection, verification, arrangement and language grouping of the quotes in Aqraez is Getwiy's own work, and the collection as a whole belongs to Getwiy. Quotes by named people are reproduced as they were written or reported, not rewritten. Reproducing the collection, or a substantial part of it, is not permitted. This is a right in the collection; it is not a claim of authorship over any individual quote by a named third party.
Design and software. The App's design, layout, themes and underlying software belong to Getwiy.
This section does not apply to quotes by named third parties, which Section 5 covers, or to quotes you write yourself, which remain yours as described in Section 4. The developer is reachable at the address in Section 16.
When you use the Share feature, Aqraez hands your selected content to the third-party app you choose (such as WhatsApp or Instagram) via your device’s own share function. Your use of that third-party app is governed by its own terms, not these Terms.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Getwiy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold Getwiy harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using Aqraez at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue any part of the App, with or without notice, particularly if we discover misuse that violates these Terms.
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time to reflect new features, new legal requirements, or changes to how the App works. This version of the App is free to download and use in full; future versions may introduce optional paid features or an optional account, and if they do, these Terms and the Privacy Policy will be updated before that version is released. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by the laws of your country of residence. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the App will first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting us directly.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Getwiy regarding your use of Aqraez, and supersede any prior agreements on this subject.
